We only ship within mainland United Kingdom, not including Ireland or Northern Ireland. We do not ship to PO Box/Mailbox addresses, and you must have a valid UK billing address.
Shipping is now offered free of charge across our website.
Our estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days, although they may come before this. Dispatched orders may be subject to delays by the courier/Royal Mail. Orders placed around the Christmas period will be subject to delays.
Delivery may take longer if you have placed an order over £300 and we are unable to contact you (please see Fraud Checks to the right).
We don’t send dispatch emails or provide tracking, however if your order is taking longer than the suggested delivery time to arrive then please do contact us.
On the rare occasion your order is unable to be fulfilled due to a stock problem, we will check our estimated date for the stock's return. If the item(s) are expected back soon, we can hold the order on back order if you should so wish, to be dispatched upon the unavailable item's return. If we do not expect the item back immediately, we will immediately cancel and refund the item.
Other than this, we do not hold back orders.
Due to an increasing amount of online fraud we hold all orders over £300 until we can confirm the identity of the card holder via phone for their protection.
If we cannot get through we will attempt to communicate via email to arrange a call. If you wish you can directly contact our warehouse team on 0845 604 4422 to get your order cleared. This may be quicker if you have missed a call from us.
Delivery may take longer if you have placed an order over £300 and we are unable to contact you, as we cannot dispatch the order until contact has been made.
If after several attempts we cannot contact you, your order may be cancelled.
