You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account and refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods.

Please get in contact with us via email if you have received an item that is damaged and we will get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

The Noble Collection will pay return postage only on incorrectly delivered items or items that are damaged during transit.

Please return items signed for as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
